How many days does it take to process my order?
- We create the proof copy in 2 business days after we receive the wording.
- Once the proof has been finalized it takes us 4 business days to have the final card ready.
- Generally the courier service takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver the cards to you.

Can I order samples? How do I do so?
Yes, the samples will be delivered to you at a cost.

What does a sample card include?
The sample includes the main card, an envelope and the interleaf or insert of your chosen design.

Can I customize printing for my invitation wordings?
We have a team of professionals who design the text content of the card to your specific needs for silkscreen printing. |

How do I specify logos, fonts and colors that I would like printed & text matter?
This is a two-phased process. You must first choose the desired symbols, fonts and colours.
How to choose: - You can also choose Wordings from our site.
- We provide a variety of Logos like the theme of bride and groom, Ganesha image or other religious symbols to suit your requirements.
- We also give you the option to select the desired ink shades. However, you can also suggest an ink shade to print wordings.
How to submit
Submit your text matter in a word file format.
For logo, fonts and colors, place unique code/name assigned to each of them for our reference. This code/name appears below every image. |

How do I submit desired words I would like printed on the invitations?
You can send us the wordings in the form of E-mail as Word file, PowerPoint, PDF or Notepad file. You can also send the text directly through E-mail. Kindly mention other details like RSVP card, Thank you card, Additional inserts if needed in similar way. We will than give you the colored proof in card size in form of jpg files. You can then suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-give the proofs until it is approved. Than we go for printing.
You can send us your own Wording, Symbol & Font too.Font is to be send in the form of Ttf file ( True type fonts) |

Do I get proof before printing is done?
Once you submit the words and the symbols, we create the proof and send it to you in jpg. file formats. Once you have received the proof, you can suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-work and send the proofs to you. Only once you have approved the final design do we send the card to print.

Can we order blank cards without printing?
Yes.

What can be level of variation in the product/cards?
Any material and process requiring hand work may contain some natural variation. This should not be treated as defective. |

How are the cards dispatched?
We use reputed shipper like FedEx, UPS. We can also dispatch cards under your account number with any of the couriers we are tied up with. For standard shipments we do ship via Indian Speed Post™. |

How do I pay for my sample and/or bulk order?

What are Standard Printing charges?
All our printing charges are reflected in the price of the card, we do not charge sepratly unlike some other sites.
Standard Printing charges cover two sides of interleaf or inserts along with return address on Envelope. |

How do I calculate Card Cost, Printing & Shipping charges?
Printing and card are displayed net to each card. Shipping charges are calculated on weight and quantity of cards ordered. You will see the shipping charges before the order is confirmed. |

How much is the sample cost ?
Samples are sent against sample cost + actual shipping cost. Sample card cost is either $2 or $ 4 depending on the card and shipping cost depends on the weight of the packet. Shipping cost for minimum 0.50 Kg. packet varies from $ 13 to $ 22 depending on the destination country.
