Adapin Side Effects
While on an ongoing course of Adapin (Doxepin) if you notice any of the side effects listed below, or any other symptoms which seem severe or persistent that are not mentioned contact your health care professional immediately.
Sometimes, Adapin (Doxepin) may cause one to experience mood swings, loss of bladder control, seizures, headaches, a dry mouth, palpitations, severe dizziness, fainting spells, low blood pressure, muscle stiffness, rashes and nausea.
Other than the above mentioned side effects Adapin (Doxepin) may also cause one to experience constipation, fever and chills combined with increased sweating, drowsiness, anxiety, pain or difficulty passing urine, hepatitis, panic attacks, sexual difficulties, unusual weight gain, hives and insomnia.
Furthermore, Adapin (Doxepin) may also cause one to experience feelings of impulsiveness, irritability, agitation, mental or physical hyperactivity, hostility, aggressiveness, restlessness, blurred vision, fatigue, stomach pain, swelling of the testicles, difficulty passing urine and a tingling sensation in the hands or feet.
Lastly, Adapin (Doxepin) may also cause one to experience sinus Tachycardia, unusual bleeding or bruising, unusual weakness, eye pain, breast enlargement(males and females), Arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, hallucinations and circulatory liabilities in aged patients (sixty – five years of age and above).
