Aricept is a cholinesterase inhibitor.

Use aricept as directed by your health care professional.

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.

red/purple spots on the skin
vomiting
weight loss
increased confusion
skin rash
hives
slow heartbeat/palpitations
stomach pain
sweating
uncontrollable movements
unusual bleeding/ bruising
dizziness/fainting spells/falls
frequency of passing urine/incontinence
nervousness
changes in vision/balance
severe diarrhea
agitation

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

rifampin
phenytoin
phenobarbital
NSAIDs
ketoconazole
dexamethasone
cholinesterase inhibitors
cholinergic agents
carbamazepine
anticholinergics

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222.

If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :

ulcers/stomach bleeding
slow heartbeat
liver disease
low blood pressure
parkinson's disease
seizures
severe headaches
stomach/intestinal disease
asthma/other lung disease
difficulty passing urine
head injury
heart disease

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Consult your health care professional about your missed dose.

Donepezil is a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor used in the treatment of loss of memory and thinking ability associated with Alzheimer's disease.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.

Store at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from heat and moisture.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
