While on an ongoing course of Azelex (Azelaic Acid) cream if you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which may seem severe or persistent, you must contact your health care professional.
Sometimes, Azelex (Azelaic Acid) cream may cause the patient to experience temporary burning, pruritus (an itching sensation), stinging on the skin surface, asthma, a tingling sensation, skin rashes, skin crusting and difficulty in breathing.
Furthermore, Azelex (Azelaic Acid) cream may cause the patient to experience tightness in the chest, skin swelling, worsening of Herpes Labialis, skin irritation, dermatitis (skin inflammation), Keratosis Pilaris (small rough bumps) and hives. |
