Furthermore, an overdose of Clarinex (Desloratadine) may cause one to experience drowsiness or palpitations.

It is important that you do not take a double dose of Clarinex (Desloratadine) to make up for a missed one unless you have consulted your health care professional.

Store Clarinex (Desloratadine) in the container it came in, keep the lid tightly closed and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature (between 59 – 86 degrees F or 15 – 30 degrees C) and away from excess heat and moisture.
