shuffling walk
persistent fine tremor or inability to sit still
dizziness or lightheadedness
blood in urine
fever

shortness of breath
severe skin rash
yellowing of the skin or eyes
irregular heartbeat
prolonged or inappropriate erection

Sometimes, Desyrel (Trazodone) may even cause nausea, drowsiness, headaches and ringing in one’s ears.

Furthermore, Desyrel (Trazodone) may even cause Angina, psychomotor retardation, Ataxia (lack of coordinated muscle movements) and seizures.

Desyrel (Trazodone) further still interacts with various medications, such as, Moclobemide, Phenelzine, Procarbazine, Rasagiline and Selegiline.

Desyrel (Trazodone) interacts with various medications, such as, Tranylcypromine, Phenytoin, Alprazolam, Diphenhydramine and Diazepam.
Desyrel (Trazodone) further still interacts with various medications, such as, Zolpidem, Codeine, Chlorpromazine, Risperidone, Aspirin and Naproxen.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Keep all appointments with your doctor and the laboratory. Your doctor will order certain lab tests to check your response to trazodone (Desyrel).

It is very important for the patient to know that before consuming Desyrel (Trazodone) they must inform their health care professional if they have ever had a history of or are currently suffering from bipolar disorders, uncontrolled consumption of alcoholic beverages or suicidal attempts.

seizures
an overactive thyroid gland
liver or kidney disease

tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding.

if you become pregnant while taking trazodone, call your doctor immediately.

if you are having surgery, including dental surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are taking trazodone (Desyrel).

remember that alcohol can add to the drowsiness caused by this drug.
