Furthermore, Lexapro (Escitalopram oxalate) may cause one to experience irritability, restlessness, rapid speech or rapid sentence formation, nervousness, unusually high energy or excitement, body tremors and fainting spells. Lexapro (Escitalopram oxalate) may also cause one to experience excretion of black or tarry stools, increased sweating, dizziness, heartburn, stomach pain, excessive fatigue and vomiting.
