This medicine belongs to a family of drugs knows as NMDA receptor antagonists.

This medication maybe takenn with or without food. Swllow whole with a glass of water. Your diet may require certain changes, consult your doctor about the same.

Localized Pain, especially your back
Swelling in the Throat
Dizziness/Confusion
Shortness of breath
Extreme Tiredness
Hallucinations
Constipation
Sleepiness
Skin Rash
Headache
Coughing
Vomiting
Agitation

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :

Urinary Tract Infections (frequent)
Seizure Disorder
Kidney Disease
Convulsions
Asthma

Inform your doctor if you smoke, as smoking may decrease the effectiveness of this medication.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Consult a pediatrician for the use of this medicine in children.

This medicine helps in treatment of Alzheimers' and Dementia symptoms. It is not a cure and will not stop the disease from progressing.

Store at room temperature between 59 degrees and 86 degrees F, away from heat and moisture.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.
