Tamiflu is an anti viral medicine.

Contact your paediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children.

Take Tamiflu exactly as directed by your health care professional.

If you are going to have an intranasal live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) within 2 days or you have had this vaccine within the past 2 weeks, inform your health care professional about the same.

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.

unusual behaviour(especially if the behaviour may cause self-injury)
difficulty breathing
shortness of breath
infection and/or inflammation of the sinuses (nose) and/or chest
skin rash
coughing
difficulty sleeping
dizziness
headache
nausea and vomiting
change in mood

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :

decreased kidney function
lung disease
heart disease
liver disease

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose. Consult your health care professional about your missed dose.

Tamiflu is used to treat some types of influenza infection (flu).

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.

Store at room temperature between 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F) away from heat and moisture.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
