All returns must be made within 10 working days from the day the goods were delivered to you. If you want to return a product, please contact us to receive a RMA number and to get instructions on how to return a product
Please include either the original or a copy of the invoice plus the RMA number you received from us.
In case of a return under 10 working days through the “Distance Selling Act”, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive the product back.
Cancelling an order.
Due to the fact that the logistics company processes orders almost instantaneously, it is not possible to cancel an order. Should you no longer require the product, follow the returns procedure which is explained within the previous point.
Note :
Please choose the correct shipping zone to get the corresponding rate. If you choose the incorrect zone, you may see an additional charge on your Credit Card Statement for the difference of the shipping charge.
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, you will be eligible for a reshipment or a refund.
