How do I track my order?
After orders are shipped we will email you with a Tracking

When will my backorder arrive?

This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations.
We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a
date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on
the status of your order via email.

- Shipment time (the time
between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends

My order never arrived.
Please
find the order in listed below. If the order is not listed, please email
us . Once you have located the order, click on the 'Track' link.
If the order does not have a 'Track' link, your order may not have
shipped yet; click on the 'Order #' to get more information.

How do I cancel my order/item?
To
cancel an 'Order' click on 'Cancel Order' next to that
order number. To cancel an 'Item', click on the 'Order #'
to view the Order Summary for that order. If 'Cancel Order' is not
available, the order has been completed.

How do I return my product?
Please email Us and we will send you an RMA. Please Note the
RMA number on the parcel and Ship back to the Address mentions in the
email. We recommend that you
purchase insurance and tracking.

Policy?
We offer a product return
within the first 30 days of Shipment.
There is a 15% restocking fee assessed on the Value of
the product.
Return Shipment cost have to be paid by the Customer.

charges sales tax for orders shipped to New York. Sales tax is
